Frequently Asked Questions
Standard delivery orders to most areas of Mainland UK should arrive within 3-5 working days. Exceptions to this are deliveries to AB and DD postcodes, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive.
International orders are normally delivered within 7 working days, however please allow up to 21 working days to take into account the local postal services.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently only offer standard delivery to all countries outside of the UK.
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for standard deliveries.
From receipt, you have 60 days to decide if you want to return any item, exchange or have a full refund.
Our 60 day return policy offered does not affect the statutory right to cancel orders placed.
The refund is the full amount you originally paid, this will include your original postage costs but not any return costs you incurred. Please return any items to:-

Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to our accounts team.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise.
We may be able to cancel your order, please telephone or email as soon as possible.
You need to call us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late.
If it is too late for us to cancel your order, return your order in the post.

Alternatively, you could like to leave a product review. Once your item has been purchased, please log onto our website & sign into your account. You will then be able to write a product review. The review will be approved before it is displayed for customer’s to read.
If you return an item to us for a refund or you did not receive your order we will give a refund. The refund will go back to the card/account you originally used to pay with.
Where possible we post items together which can mean a significant saving for smaller items but, due to limits on the weight of a parcel, means there are less savings for heavier items.
The vast majority of the shoes we sell are standard fitting and they do not give an explicit width. There are some styles of shoes we sell which are designed to be wide fitting, they are designated as such.
If the item you receive is not as described on our website we will reimburse your return costs and send your choice of either the correct item or a full refund. You should return your item to:-

Currently we only post within the European Union since there are tax implications to posting outside of the EU.
We accept our branded account cards, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo Amex and PayPal.
You are welcome to do so and follow our returns process for whichever doesn't fit.
Sorry we don't currently offer collection in person as we do not have a trade counter at our warehouse.
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.
In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch and we'll get back to you.
If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.
